Canceling Service To cancel: Compose an Email to webmaster@netins.net stating your intention to disconnect your account and the effective date. This email must come from the address listed as the Admin Contact for the domain. Requesting the cancellation of your netINS Web Hosting Account will remove the domain from all of our servers. This includes our DNS servers and Mail servers. You will want to switch name server authority to your new host in order to avoid domain inaccessibility. Content must be backed-up. Once we remove the site from our servers, your site contents will be lost. Be sure to have local copies of your files before submitting your request. Recovery methods may be available, but they are extensive and costly.
