OmniTel Communications Manual Conversion Steps for SMTP Authentication

1. Open Thunderbird. Click Tools at the top and select Account Settings.

2. Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) on the left. Click on your OmniTel Communications e-mail account. Next, click on Edit.

3. Set Port to 587. Also, be sure Use name and password is checked. For User Name, enter your username (the part before the @ in your e-mail address).

4. Click OK and then click OK again.

You have now made the required changes.
