1. Open Netscape. Click the Communicator menu and choose Messenger. Click the Edit menu and choose Preferences.

3. Click Mail Servers in the list on the left.

• For Outgoing mail server user name, enter [SMTPUSERNAME].

• Click the OK button

You have now made the required changes.
